Bernie's first solo single recording was released on 23rd February 2004 and the title track 'Macushla' was featured in an ITV special edition of 'The Bill' on the 18th February 2004. Bernie's first solo album 'All By Myself' was released on 11th July 2005. 'In the Light of the Day' is superbly constructed by Ian Dunnett & the final track is the fabulous tribute 'Kate's Song' penned by Bernie's husband Steve Doneathy in memory of their first baby Kate. Sadly Kate had Edwards Syndrome, a rare chromosomal disorder which leads to growth deficiency, deformity & heart defects.
