Linda
was a member of one of the world's most successful girl groups, The
Nolans & their
success
is
legendary – 2 Royal Performances, phenomenal record sales in Japan –
selling 12 million records – more than the Beatles! They also won the
prestigious Tokyo Music Festival, beating off competition such as the
great Randy Crawford & Michael Jackson’s brother – Jermaine. The
list of greats they have worked with is endless – Stevie Wonder, Andy
Williams, Perry Como, Sarah Vaughan, James Garner & a European tour
with Frank Sinatra to name but a few, & just about every great British
celebrity including Humperdink, Tom Jones, Cliff Richard, Dudley Moore,
even appearing with heavy rock band Motor Head along the way & finding
time to do their own TV specials for the BBC. Of their numerous British
Hits "I’m in the Mood for Dancing" is played in clubs up &
down the U.K and is fast becoming a cult record.
The Nolans have set standards that will never be equalled and after many
years at the top, are still enjoying every minute and look forward to
entertaining for many years to come. All the girls are now solo
performers & the testimony to their talents is that all of them
continue to perform in major productions & TV shows. As a
group they were one of the best girl bands of all time, as solo
performers each one can deliver a stunning music or acting
performance to compare with anyone in show business today.
